  This is the instrument for testing the technology proficiencies of students in the eighth grade.

• Web Mastering

  In this course, students will learn technology-related terminology as well as specific skills with web and image editing software. Students will also utilize both server and client-side applications, and will learn the basics of how networks and the World Wide Web function. The course offers a hands-on approach to learning with a strong focus on collaboration through utilization of a variety of Web 2.0 tools.
• Independent Study in Technology Applications

  In this course, students will engage in an inquiry and project-based curriculum in which they learn the basics of network design and implementation, server configuration and operation, the installation and configuration of web-based application software such as Joomla and Moodle as well as web design and site maintenance.
